The Ebb and Flow of Creativity

I've always wanted to be inspired by the literary greats. I'd read biographies of famous poets and writers, and even kept this book of quotes where I'd jot down quotes I liked. But all this never really helped me with creativity. For an aspiring fiction writer, that's the one thing you CAN'T do without.

Somewhere along the line (that would be yesterday), I realised you had to be creative about creativity. You have to cajole it. Pleading with it just gives it a big head. Nah. You have to really get into its head. Into.... your head. Wait, what? Is anyone still reading this?
